I...It's all on Him to make us thrilled in Him. I don't understand why He doesn't answer all of our prayers for closeness right away but somehow He works it all in His time.

I don't understand it all but I will pray that God brings you close to Him and causes you to be thrilled in Him.

Matt Rayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02288488456742791826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733002192021742038.post-27819818682872396202012-09-02T09:42:49.233-05:002012-09-02T09:42:49.233-05:00So it's all on our shoulders to be thrilled in...So it's all on our shoulders to be thrilled in God and get close to Him? But we're imperfect sinful humans. What's He doing to make me want to be thrilled by Him? Doesn't seem to be answering my prayers for His closeness.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733002192021742038.post-71030888135651424192012-09-01T22:41:30.497-05:002012-09-01T22:41:30.497-05:00I wouldn't say that you aren't a Christian...I wouldn't say that you aren't a Christian if you are not thrilled in God. I would say that the more we mature in our understanding of who God is and what He has done for us we will be thrilled.

I also have many times when I'm not thrilled in God, but that's not God's fault nor does it mean I'm not a Christian. But as we move closer to being made perfect in Christ we will be more and more thrilled in God.

Again, I would not say that not being thrilled in God makes us not a Christian.Matt Rayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02288488456742791826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-733002192021742038.post-88465896127229658612012-09-01T21:45:55.667-05:002012-09-01T21:45:55.667-05:00So what if I am a Christian but am not "thril...So what if I am a Christian but am not "thrilled" in God?
